Ingredients
- Nuts: 60 g raw almonds, 60 g raw walnuts, 60 g raw hazelnuts
- Seeds: 30 g pumpkin seeds, 30 g sunflower seeds
- Dried Fruit: 40 g dried cranberries
- Flavorings: 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp coconut oil melted, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix nuts and seeds:
- In a large bowl, combine almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
- Prepare flavoring:
- In a small bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup, sea salt, and cinnamon (if using). Pour over the nut mixture and toss well to coat.
- Spread mixture:
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking tray.
- Roast:
- Roast in the oven for 8–10 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden and fragrant. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
- Cool:
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Add dried fruit:
- Stir in dried cranberries. Serve in a bowl or store in an airtight container.
