# What you'll need:
→ Dairy
01 - 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
→ Fruit
02 - 1 cup mixed seasonal fruit, washed, peeled, and chopped
→ Grains & Sweeteners
03 - 1/2 cup granola
04 - 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
# Method:
01 - Wash, peel, and chop seasonal fruit as needed.
02 - Spoon 1/4 cup of yogurt into the bottom of two clear glasses or jars.
03 - Add a layer of chopped fruit followed by a layer of granola.
04 - Repeat layering yogurt, fruit, and granola until all ingredients are used, finishing with fruit and a sprinkle of granola on top.
05 - Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired and serve immediately.
