02 - 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
03 - 1 mango, peeled and diced
04 - 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered

07 - Juice of 1/2 lime
08 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

# Method:

01 - Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise, keeping the leaves attached for presentation.
02 - Use a paring knife to cut around the edge of one pineapple half, leaving approximately 1/2 inch border. Carefully cube the flesh without piercing the skin, then scoop out the cubes with a spoon into a large bowl.
03 - Discard the core from the pineapple cubes.
04 - Add kiwi, mango, strawberries, grapes, and blueberries to the bowl with pineapple cubes.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey or maple syrup.
06 - Drizzle dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to combine evenly.
