# What you'll need:
→ Coffee
01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
→ Tahini Blend
02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Method:
01 - In a small mixing bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and well combined.
02 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
03 - Divide the cold brew coffee evenly between the glasses.
04 - Add half of the tahini mixture to each glass and stir thoroughly until fully incorporated.
05 - Top each glass with plant-based milk and gently stir to achieve a creamy consistency.
