12 - 1 tablespoon honey

15 - 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon lemon-lime soda, well chilled
16 - 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
17 - 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice

# Method:
01 - Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels; toss with salt, black pepper, cornstarch, and flour to coat evenly.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F; fry the wings in batches for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
03 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and chili flakes; simmer for 2–3 minutes until glossy.
04 - Add fried chicken wings to the skillet. Toss thoroughly in the sauce and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until evenly coated.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together chilled lemon-lime soda, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice until frothy.
06 - Arrange wings on a serving platter. Generously drizzle with the soda float mixture just before serving. Top with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
