22 - 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled
23 - 1/2 cup matcha chocolate bark, optional

# Method:

01 - Thoroughly wash all fresh vegetables and fruits. Trim sugar snap peas, slice cucumbers and kiwis, cut bell peppers into strips, cut celery into sticks, and slice green apples. Pat dry to prevent excess moisture.
02 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt with chopped fresh dill, chopped chives, fresh lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined and refrigerate until assembly.
03 - Place small bowls containing guacamole, spinach and artichoke dip, and herbed Greek yogurt dip in the center or at the corners of a large serving board or platter.
04 - Arrange fresh vegetables, fruits, and savory snacks around the dips in organized sections, grouping items by color and type for visual appeal. Create distinct areas for vegetables, fruits, chips, and nuts.
05 - Fill any empty spaces on the board with piles of green candies, additional pistachios, or extra chips to create a full, abundant presentation.
06 - Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Remove from refrigeration 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Zero cooking required means you can actually enjoy the party instead of sweating in the kitchen.
  • It feeds a crowd and somehow looks more impressive than the effort it took to make.
  • Every texture, from crispy to creamy, keeps people reaching back for more.
02 -
  • Slice your cucumbers and apples at the very last moment—water is their enemy, and they'll weep into the board if you prep too early.
  • The spinach artichoke dip needs to be placed last or it'll dry out around the edges; serve it at the ideal moment for the best experience.
03 -
  • Prep everything the night before in separate containers, then assemble on the board just before guests arrive—you'll have far less stress and everything will look fresher.
  • Use odd numbers when clustering items (three broccoli florets together rather than four) because it's more visually interesting and looks intentional.
