# Method:
01 - Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Season with salt and black pepper, whisking to integrate.
02 - Arrange salmon fillets on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush the fillets generously with the lemon garlic marinade. Set aside for 10 minutes.
03 - Toss broccoli florets, sliced red bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until vegetables are well coated.
04 - Spread the prepared vegetables around the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, ensuring even distribution and exposure.
05 - Transfer the baking sheet to a preheated oven at 400°F (205°C) and bake for 15–18 minutes or until salmon flakes easily and vegetables are tender.
06 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the salmon and vegetables. Serve immediately, accompanied by lemon wedges.
