01 - 4 slices whole grain or sourdough bread

02 - 4 tablespoons natural peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
03 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced

04 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
06 - 2 tablespoons granola
07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Method:
01 - Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crisp.
02 - Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto each slice while still warm.
03 - Distribute banana slices evenly over two of the prepared bread slices.
04 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the bananas uniformly.
