Instructions

Prepare Sriracha Mayo:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust sriracha to taste.
Assemble the Nachos:
Arrange wonton chips on a serving platter. Spoon gyoza filling over chips. Drizzle with sriracha mayo. Top with carrot, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro if using.
