# Method:
01 - Place the broken pasta evenly in the Instant Pot.
02 - Pour chicken broth over the pasta and sprinkle minced garlic evenly.
03 - Place frozen shrimp on top of the pasta without stirring, then season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
04 - Secure the lid, set the valve to Sealing, and cook on High Pressure for 6 minutes.
05 - Quick-release the pressure carefully once the timer finishes.
06 - Open the lid, add butter, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and peas if using. Stir until the sauce is creamy and cheese is melted.
07 - Allow the mixture to sit for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken.
08 - Adjust seasoning to taste and serve garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
