15 - 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
16 - 1 cucumber, cut into sticks
17 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips

# Method:
01 - Process tahini and fresh lemon juice in a food processor for 1 minute until creamy.
02 - Add olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, and sea salt; process for 30 seconds.
03 - Add chickpeas and process for 1 minute; scrape sides, add 2 tablespoons cold water, then process until smooth and fluffy, adding more water if needed.
04 - Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice to preference; transfer hummus to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and optionally sprinkle with paprika or sesame seeds.
05 - Dissolve instant dry yeast and sugar in warm water; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
06 - Add flour, salt, and olive oil to yeast mixture; mix until a dough forms.
07 - Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth.
08 - Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.
09 - Preheat oven to 475°F; place baking stone or tray inside to heat.
10 - Punch down dough, divide into 6 balls, roll each to a 1/4-inch thickness circle.
11 - Place dough circles on hot baking tray; bake for 3 to 4 minutes until puffy and lightly golden.
