# Method:
01 - Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add roasted dandelion root, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until full flavor is extracted.
02 - Pour brewed tea through a fine mesh strainer into a heatproof container, discarding solids completely.
03 - Heat 1 cup unsweetened oat milk in a separate saucepan over medium heat until steaming. Froth using a milk frother or whisk to create desired foam texture.
04 - Divide hot dandelion tea between two mugs. Stir 1 teaspoon honey into each mug according to preference.
05 - Pour steamed oat milk over tea while holding back foam with a spoon. Crown with remaining foam layer.
06 - Dust cinnamon over foam if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
