# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large, clean bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually incorporate sugar while continuing to beat until stiff, glossy peaks are achieved.
03 - Whisk egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until the mixture is smooth.
04 - Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, ensuring the volume remains intact.
05 - Divide batter evenly into individual bowls for each color. Add a few drops of desired gel food coloring to each bowl and gently fold to blend.
06 - Place colorful dollops side by side on the prepared baking sheet to create a rainbow pattern. Swirl gently with a spatula for a marbled appearance if desired.
07 - Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
08 - Allow to cool for several minutes. Remove from the sheet and serve while fluffy.
