→ Cinnamon Swirl
09 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
10 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
# Method:
01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan.
02 - Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl, mix thoroughly.
03 - Place ripe bananas in a mixing bowl and mash until completely smooth.
04 - Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas. Whisk until evenly incorporated.
05 - In a separate bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
06 - Stir dry mixture into wet banana mixture, gently fold until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
07 - Spread half the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over it. Add remaining batter, then top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture. Use a knife to create a gentle swirl.
08 - Transfer pan to oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
09 - Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
